Shipping policy

Processing time

2 to 5 business days.

Orders are generally sent out on the Tuesdays and Fridays. 

*Orders might take longer during Holidays and / or conventions (Check our Events Schedule).


Shipping time

Estimate 1 - 2 business days (Netherlands).

Estimate 2 - 5 business days (Belgium).

Estimate 5 - 10 business days (UK).

Estimate 3 - 6 business days (rest of Europe).

We do Not ship to the U.S.

Delivery from Tuesday to Saturday.

 

* We are not responsible once the order has been sent. Please contact the courrier with your track and trace for the latest and most accurate info.

** Please be aware that import duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply for shipments to certain countries. These fees are determined by the customs office of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or cover these charges in advance. If any customs fees apply, they will be collected by the carrier upon delivery and must be paid by the customer to receive the package.

 

Pre-Orders

Some items are released on a pre-order basis. By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to the following:

  • Payment at Checkout: Pre-orders must be paid in full when placed to reserve your item.

  • Estimated Shipping Dates: The estimated dispatch date will be clearly stated on the product page (e.g., “ships at the end of November 2025”). These dates are estimates and may change slightly due to production or supplier delays.

  • Combined Orders: If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item is ready. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

  • Patience Appreciated: By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that shipping times may vary. We’ll always keep you updated if there are significant delays.


Alterations

We cannot alter the contents of your order or any credentials like shipping adress after an order has been sent. We are not responsible for any errors on the customers behalf and will not qualify for cancellations/refunds.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations: accepted. Request a cancellation: before item has shipped.
