Availabilty

Why is a product sold out?

Some of our products are ordered through our suppliers. Limited stock is available and will go out of stock untill we order new inventory.

When can i get a sold out item?

After we order new inventory. Keep an eye out on our socials or subscribe by email so we can keep you posted on restock!

How do I know if an item out of stock will restock?

As long as the listing is still online, we intend to restock. Some products might still be available through events. Be sure to subscribe by email so you won't miss out!

I saw something during an event, but it isn't available in the shop?

That's possible. Some of our products might get prioritized for events, or the other way around.

Orders

Can I alter my order (details)?

Please contact us immediately!

We cannot alter the contents of your order or any credentials like shipping adress after an order has been sent. We are not responsible for any errors on the customers behalf and will not qualify for cancellations/refunds.

My order is damaged, help?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Can I return my order?

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Can I return apparel with the wrong size?

  • Clothing products like shirts are made to order. 
  • Please do not order multiple sizes of the same product to try them on.
  • Please check the sizing chart before ordering.
  • Worn items won't qualify for a refund. 

We reserve the right to cancel your order.

Do I qualify for a refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

For now, the Netherlands & Belgium, UK, and select other European countries.

For North-Amrica, please read our shipping policy!

Will you add countries?

Yes, we are actively looking into adding more countries.

What about taxes and import fees?

Please be aware that import duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply for shipments to certain countries. These fees are determined by the customs office of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or cover these charges in advance. If any customs fees apply, they will be collected by the carrier upon delivery and must be paid by the customer to receive the package.

When will my order be shipped?

Our processing time is 2 - 5 business days.

Orders are generally sent out on the Tuesdays and Fridays. 

*Orders might take longer during Holidays and / or conventions (Check our Events Schedule).

How long does the shipping take?

From the moment we hand the package over to the carrier:

Estimate 1 - 2 business days (Netherlands).

Estimate 2 - 5 business days (Belgium).

Estimate 5 - 10 business days (UK).

Estimate 3 - 6 business days (rest of Europe).

Estimate 10 business days minimum (North-America).

Delivery from Tuesday to Saturday.

How do I know when my package will arrive?

We will provide a track & trace with every order.

Once the order has been sent, you can check with the carrier using the provided track and trace you received in your shipping confirmation email and in your account (if you registred by email).

My package hasn't arrived yet?

Shipping & Pre-Orders

All of the above still applies.

Pre-ordered products ship once they arrive after production. We'll keep you posted on any delays in the production process.

Patience is appreciated!

Pre-Orders

Can I order Pre-orders with other items?

Yes you can! Keep in mind we ship the whole order once the pre-ordered item has arrived.

What if I want other items sooner?

You can order items that are in stock in a separate order for them to ship as soon as possible. Keep in mind you'll need to pay for shipping seperately.

Can I adjust pre-orders?

For as long as the pre-order window is open. After it closes the product will go into production and can't be altered.

Can I cancel pre-orders?

For as long as the pre-order window is open. After it closes the product will go into production and can't be cancelled.

  • Step 1

    We occasionally open pre-orders for select items. During this time, you can place an order to reserve your design.

  • Step 2

    Once the preorder window closes, we collect all orders and begin production with our supplier.

  • Step 3

    Because each batch is made to order, shipping will start once production is complete

    Usually around the estimated date listed on the product page.

  • Step 4

    You’ll receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your item is on its way.
